Sky Emerald Banqueting Suite - Venue Policies **Overtime Charges** Please note that exceeding the allocated event time slot may result in additional charges. --- Photography and Video Policy By attending or participating in any event at Sky Emerald Banqueting Suite, Morley, you grant us permission to use any photographs or video footage captured during the event. These images or videos may be used for promotional and fundraising purposes, including but not limited to printed materials, online marketing, social media, press releases, and funding applications. --- Event Hosting Conditions at Sky Emerald Banqueting Suite - Drinks: All beverages brought into the venue must be stored, served, and disposed of responsibly. This includes proper cooling, serving, and recycling of empty containers. - Equipment: Any electrical equipment brought into the venue must have a valid PAT test certification, which must be presented before the event. - **Additional Requirements:** We strictly enforce the following policies for the safety and enjoyment of all guests: - No irresponsible promotions of alcohol. - Free drinking water must be available. - A strict age verification policy for alcohol service. - Smaller measures of alcohol must be available upon request. - We are committed to protecting the public and local residents from crime, anti-social behavior, and noise disturbances caused by irresponsible actions on the premises. - Zero tolerance for anti-social behavior and underage drinking.** Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to our policies, ensuring a safe and enjoyable event for all.
